Eligibility for Refunds

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition as received
  • In the original packaging with all accessories included
  • Returned within 30 days of delivery
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Certain products are non-refundable including opened earphones/headphones (for hygiene reasons), software licenses, and personalized items.

Refund Process

  2. You will receive return instructions and a Return Authorization Number
  3. Package your item securely with the RA number clearly visible
  4. Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping service
  5. Once received and inspected, we will process your refund

Refund Timeframe

Refunds are typically processed within:

  • 5-7 business days after we receive your return
  • Additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account (varies by payment method)

Shipping Costs

Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product).

Exchanges
