2. Order Acceptance and Pricing

All orders are subject to product availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason including errors in product description or pricing.

Prices are subject to change without notice. CircuitSerenade is not responsible for typographical errors regarding price or product information.

3. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping times are estimates only. CircuitSerenade is not liable for any delays caused by shipping carriers or unforeseen circumstances.

Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery of products to the carrier. You are responsible for filing any claims with carriers for damaged or lost shipments.

4. Return and Refund Policy

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unused products in original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

Refunds will be processed within 14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

For defective products, please contact [email protected] within 7 days of receipt to arrange replacement or repair.
